Arrivals and Departures:
Check-in: 4 PM
Check-out: 10 AM
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the front desk to inquire about availability. By making a reservation you are agreeing to use the keyless entry feature which requires downloading a free app to access the property. If you require a physical entry key, please notify the front desk prior to 3pm on the day of arrival. A $50 fee will be applied at check-out for any unreturned key cards. Please note that our front desk is not staffed 24/7. Communication pertaining to check-in and room access will come via SMS text or email from our front desk staff, please complete the digital check-in at your earliest convenience to ensure a smooth arrival.
Booking Policy:
Same day reservations can not be made after 3pm and are subject to availability. Calling the afterhours/ emergency line is for emergencies only. On-call staff can not make or alter reservations over the phone. All updates to existing or new reservations must be made during staffed hours.
Reservations made using 3rd party booking sites must contact the 3rd party site to make changes to their existing reservation. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure proper contact information is on file with Chugach Naswik.
Check-in Policy:
A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card are required per reservation, this information is confirmed prior to your arrival using the pre-check-in link. The person whose name is on the reservation must be present. Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests must adhere to the cancellation policy specified at the time of booking to
avoid cancellation fees. No Charge if canceled by 4pm at least 2 days prior to arrival. 1st night charged if 24-hour notice given. Full Charge- Full Stay if cancelled less than 24-hour notice.
Any update to length of stay must be made 24 hours prior to check-in. Please contact the front desk if you have questions.
Payment:
All major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept cash payments. Payment for the entire stay, including taxes and fees, is required prior to check-in. Cards on file will be automatically charged the morning of arrival.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in without a parent or legal Guardian.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM. Please be considerate of other guests during this period.
No Smoking Policy:
We are proud to be a smoke-free building. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas and balconies, and includes vape, tobacco, and all other variations. A designated smoking area is provided outside near the side exit. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas.
Pet Policy:
Pets are strictly not allowed on the premises. Please contact the front desk to provide proper documentation for service animals prior to your arrival.
Seafood and Game Processing:
The processing and disposal of seafood and game is strictly prohibited on the property.
Damages and Theft:
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents. Missing or damaged items will be charged at the replacement cost. Excessive filth (trash, dirt, or extreme disorder) will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100 at check-out.
Lockouts:
A $50 fee will be charged to the card on file for any afterhour lockouts that are due to guest error resulting in staff assistance.
Guest Conduct:
Disruptive or unlawful behavior will not be tolerated. Guests may be asked to leave without a refund if their conduct is deemed unacceptable.
Lost and Found:
Chugach Naswik Suites is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure valuables, and report any lost items to the front desk. Found items can be mailed for the cost of shipping.
Compliance with Laws:
Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities.
